If your return is accepted, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee. Please note that the shipping fee is non refundable, and the original shipping fee for your order is non refundable as these fees have already been paid to the carrier to complete the delivery to you. Damage and Problems
Please check your order after receiving it. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will certainly make every effort to correct them, but the cost will be borne by us. Please note that if the product is returned to us after use, dirty, etc., we will only accept normal returns and pay all applicable return fees.

Exceptional circumstances/non returnable items
Some products cannot be returned, including perishable items, customized products, personalized products, and personal care products. We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about specific products, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer exchange services for promotional items or gift cards.

EU 14 day cooling off period
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without any reason. Similar to our standard policy, this product must be unworn or unused, labeled, and in its original packaging. You also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we receive products that do not meet the return criteria, they will be returned to you at your own expense
① Any product not purchased from Clrmart.com.
② Any item returned within 7 days after the receipt date.
③ Any items returned without all original packaging and accessories, including retail boxes, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product (if applicable).
④ Any product with UPC code removed from packaging (if applicable).
⑤ Any item that experiences physical damage, including damage to the original retail packaging box and/or accessories.
⑥ Any item with damaged factory seals on the casing or torn “Do Not Disassemble” stickers on the screws.
⑦ Any item with signs of leakage, regardless of its severity.
⑧ You have submitted any items for shipping discounts.
⑨ Any handmade or customized item.

Before returning the keyboard for return, please ensure that your keyboard is clean. A keyboard with dirt and debris not only affects the health of our employees, but also requires us to spend a lot of time cleaning it. Depending on the severity, this type of keyboard will incur cleaning fees ranging from $10 to $40.

If the return does not meet the above criteria, the return technician may decide to deduct any applicable fees they deem necessary. For returns that do not match the new product or lack original accessories, we may charge up to 50% of the product price.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post refunds.
