Our whole store is over $89, and it’s free worldwide.(After deducting all discounts/coupons, before tax. )

Email and support requests are usually answered within 24 hours. Please note that there may be a delay in reply due to too many emails or we may lose emails due to human error. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you and will make every effort to provide support as soon as possible.

We only provide keycap kits that comply with the standard ANSI layout (American National Standards Institute). If you are unsure about the layout of the keyboard, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you! Take a photo of the keyboard and tell us which one you are interested in!

A keycap is a stylized surface that you type on the keyboard. Prefabricated keyboard group is a ready-to-use bundle, which consists of keyboard and keycap group with mechanical switch. The barebones suite is a mechanical keyboard without switches and keycaps.

We cooperate with many global suppliers to provide you with quality products at fair prices. It is expected to arrive at your door in 2-4 weeks.

In most cases, your order will be queued in the manufacturing and assembly lines, so the delivery will be delayed (sometimes 1 to 4 working days). Customized products will be shipped within 2 weeks due to the production cycle,for customized and pre-ordered products, once the products are ready, your order will be given priority.

If you feel that the logistics time is too long or you are in a hurry to use it, you can choose free delivery or add a little fee when making payment to choose a faster delivery option.

Refund/Return Reason

The pre-order period usually lasts for one month. If the pre-order period is extended, we will notify the buyer by email and make an announcement through the notice column of our website. Bookings usually offer large early bird discounts and discounts to encourage sales. However, you are still eligible to cancel the order or make adjustments before the product is shipped.

Information on any order shipped via Free Economy service cannot be changed once the order has shipped from our facility.

If your order has shipped via UPS, please note that creating a user account at the UPS website often allows the address owner more intercept/delivery options than we are able to access as the shipper. 

If there is an error on the shipping address, it is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate with the carrier directly to track down and correct the shipment. This may be a single carrier or a combination of UPS and the Post Office.

If your package is ultimately “returned to sender”, you will receive a standard refund on your order minus any return to sender fees after we receive and process the package.

Due to high cancellation rates and other reasons listed below, we no longer offer custom invoices for customers in certain countries.

Reasons your country may not be on our ship-to list:

  • Shipping difficulties. This includes shipping delays, poor tracking, poor local post handling, and lost shipments.
  • High levels of fraud
  • High cancellation / refund rates

We evaluate ship-to countries on a quarterly basis and may add or remove countries from this list. If your country is not listed, we suggest using a shipping forwarder (confirmed payment addresses only).

Please note that we cannot accept orders with a billing address in a country that we do not ship to.

Occasionally a carrier will scan a package as delivered before it arrives at the final destination. When this happens, the package is usually delivered within the next few business days.

If you’ve waited a couple of days and you still don’t have the package:

See if someone else accepted delivery. Check with household members, neighbors, building managers, the mail room, front desk, and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery.
Look around the delivery location. Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place like on a side porch, in/around your garage, or behind bushes.
Look for a notice of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your mailbox or P.O. Box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or pick up the package.
Contact the Carrier. Ask if they have additional information about the package’s location. (Have your tracking or delivery confirmation number handy.) We also recommend contacting your local carriers hub.

In case of theft, you can consider calling the local police station. Any undelivered claim must be reported to us within ten days after the carrier confirms the update and marks it as “delivered”. After that, the carrier will not complete the investigation, and we are not responsible for the whereabouts of your package.

These situations are common. The keycap is not a handicraft, so it can’t completely avoid defects, not limited to these types beside it. 1. Ensure that the front is flawless, the side defects are less than 0.3mm2, and there are slight scratches and air marks. Plastic products inevitably have slight air marks or burrs in production, which belongs to the characteristics of plastic materials and cannot completely avoid the thermal sublimation process on three or five sides. Because the film is highly sensitive to changes in external conditions, it will randomly appear slightly cheap or slightly chromatic aberration. 4. If you are perfectionist.

This is a normal situation and cannot be completely avoided, but we will promise to strive for perfection.

We are suitable for most mechanical keyboards, but do not include the following keyboard switches.
